You be the judge! 6 Portland Chefs will come together on the terrace at the Ecotrust to compete in the first Oregon Berry Chef Cook Off.
When: July 22, 2011 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm
Where: Terrace of the Ecotrust Event Space
Cost: Free Admission with a donation of canned food to the Oregon Food Bank
The chefs below have all come together over their love of Oregon and Oregon berries! They will be asked to create dishes using Oregon Berries to be served in bite-sized portions to a gathering of Oregon berry lovers and Portland foodies. The audience will sample each dish while sipping on samples of Oregon wines and hand crafted beers and vote on the top Oregon Berry Chef of the Year. Votes will be tallied and we will crown the Oregon Berry Cook Off Champion.
