Healthy Berries 2012

If you want to eat healthier incorporating berries into your diet is a great way to start. Berries are packed with vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants that help your body fight against disease.

It seems that everyday there is a new media report on how berries can help you lead a healthier life from childhood to old age. To learn more about the facts behind these news releases, we at the Oregon Berry Festival have set up a booth to give you information on clinical studies, exact nutrients found in berries, how much you need to eat to get the health benefits and just why berries are so good for you.

Natural health professionals including doctors, nutritionists, chefs, and herbalists will man the Healthy Berry Booth. The folks from Adalu Stew, who are working to create a food delivery system for those battling cancers, will also be on hand to discuss changing your eating habits for better health.
