Clear Creek Distillery Clear Creek Distillery We make eau de vie, grappa and fruit liqueurs in NW Portland from Oregon fruit. Our owner, Steve McCarthy, started the distillery 26 years ago with Pear Brandy made from Hood River pears, and we have recently expanded into sweeter berry liqueurs: Dark Bing Cherry, Raspberry, Loganberry, Cassis and Cranberry. The liqueurs are infusions of the wonderful brandy we make and ripe, beautiful Oregon berries. Delicious!

Hoffman Family Pies Hoffman Family Pies Hoffman Family Pies, formally Hoffman’s Dairy Garden is a partnership between brother and sister, Julie and Jay Hoffman. Julie brought the bakery to brother Jay’s farm and the pies are made with fruit grown from Hoffman Farms and sold at farmers markets and the Hoffman Farm Store on Scholls-Ferry Road. Julie has been selling marionberry shortcakes for the last 10 years at festivals in the Portland area. This will the 10th year she has sold at the Bite of Oregon benefiting the Special Olympics of Oregon. You may also find the pies at the Lake Oswego Farmers market each Saturday from May until October.

Shedeen’s Farm Shedeen's Farm Tony & Julieann Schedeen have been growing berries in the Cascade foothills since 1977.  Their first criteria for growing any new variety is flavor.  Plus they grow some old cultivars that have all but disappeared from the marketplace.  Many of these berries are made into lower sugar jams and syrups.  You will love the difference.  But careful…you might get hooked.

Portland Creamery Portland Creamery Portland Creamery hit the ground running in 2011 after being awarded national recognition for their cheese by the American Dairy Goat Association. The creamery is in Molalla where second generation cheesemaker, Liz Alvis, and her team handcraft all fresh goat cheese. Some of their flavors include: Oregon Chevre, Herbes de Provence, Sweet Fire and Lemon Blueberry. Keep an eye out for Portland Creamery’s Cajeta too… goat milk caramel!

Republic of Jam Republic of Jam purveyors of artisan fruit preserves in the Willamette Valley. RoJ is located in beautiful Carlton, Oregon, about an hour from Portland, in the heart of wine country. In keeping with the wonderful wine tasting rooms in our area, we run our store as a jam tasting room where you can try a flight of jams paired or prepared in ways to make you think beyond toast at breakfast — though our jams are fantastic that way, too!
