In making all of our ciders we begin with the apple as we believe this is the starting point for making the finest cider. We offer both traditional apple ciders as well as ciders that are infused with local ingredients including berries.

Buddha Biscuits Buddha Biscuits Buddha Biscuits dog treats are made using only the best ingredients available. Many of my recipes tempt the dog owner to sample a few nibbles. I have created several recipes using fresh berries which are a great anti-oxidant for dogs. Our name comes from my practice of yoga and how it applies to my life. I create my recipes and treats with positive intentions of happiness and health for the great dogs who receive these treats. I have a couple different designs of treat cutters, but my featured design is of a Buddha.

Sturm’s Berry Farm Sturm's Berry Farm Sturm’s Berry Farm has been family owned and operated for over 50 years. Located in Oregon’s agriculture-rich Willamette Valley, the farm has optimal conditions with its natural irrigation and fertile soil. Over 100 acres are divided into a wide variety of berries. The farm offers for sale frozen black raspberries, red raspberries, marionberries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries; plus varieties of jam, syrup, sugar-free jam, apple butter, and more.
Hoffman Family Pies Hoffman Family Pies Hoffman Family Pies, formally Hoffman’s Dairy Garden is a partnership between brother and sister, Julie and Jay Hoffman. Julie brought the bakery to brother Jay’s farm and the pies are made with fruit grown from Hoffman Farms and sold at farmers markets and the Hoffman Farm Store on Scholls-Ferry Road. Julie has been selling marionberry shortcakes for the last 10 years at festivals in the Portland area. This will the 10th year she has sold at the Bite of Oregon benefiting the Special Olympics of Oregon. You may also find the pies at the Lake Oswego Farmers market each Saturday from May until October.
Shedeen’s Farm Shedeen's Farm Tony & Julieann Schedeen have been growing berries in the Cascade foothills since 1977.  Their first criteria for growing any new variety is flavor.  Plus they grow some old cultivars that have all but disappeared from the marketplace.  Many of these berries are made into lower sugar jams and syrups.  You will love the difference.  But careful…you might get hooked.

Portland Creamery Portland Creamery Portland Creamery hit the ground running in 2011 after being awarded national recognition for their cheese by the American Dairy Goat Association. The creamery is in Molalla where second generation cheesemaker, Liz Alvis, and her team handcraft all fresh goat cheese. Some of their flavors include: Oregon Chevre, Herbes de Provence, Sweet Fire and Lemon Blueberry. Keep an eye out for Portland Creamery’s Cajeta too… goat milk caramel!
